This session included the participation of the following speakers:

During the 2-hour seminar, Dr Michel Piotin made firstly a brief clinical review of the literature on this type of treatments as well as he shared some clinical cases treated by him in his institution by using different approaches and endovascular techniques. 

At the end of the presentation, Dr Michel Piotin opened a space and time to resolve and answer all the questions that some participants were having
